Very nice watch for the price, and a excellent experience with the Long Island Watch.

A sweet little number with a "007" type look. The innards are pretty basic but has been reliable so far. For the price point hard to find the features such as the large day, date window and reasonable quality all metal band. Again, nice finishing at the price point and hard to find at any other on-line locales.

I just received my latest purchase from Long Island Watch. It is an Orient Mako Dive Watch with a metal band and a black face. It is my fifth Orient watch purchase and I can not say enough good things about them or LIW. I gave three of them away for Christmas presents and this is the second one that I purchased for my brother. The first one was a more dressy model with a leather band. He loves it and wears it every day. However, as far as I am concerned you can never have enough watches. The Orient that I have keeps better time than my Omega Seamaster which is similar in style to the Mako. But it cost fifteen times as much! I am considering getting another Mako for myself. Like I said, you can never have enough watches. BTW, Marc who runs LIW is a very good guy and very easy to deal with.

Updated: This watch (for nearly a year) has been fantastic. Super Durable, plenty accurate, and most importantly, affordable! It has taken severe punishment from hammers (shock), reciprocating saws (vibration), lumber, abrasives, etc. It shows minor cosmetic wear that any watch would. But I don't have to worry about it because it was so affordable. I wish the LUME was better, but who doesn't. I'd recommend this to watch to anyone looking for an automatic movement dive watch that wears well on a mid-sized wrist. I've gotten tons of compliments on it. Thanks Long Island Watch.

This is my favorite watch in my collection. Goes with everything and gets many compliments. The kicker...+4 sec/WEEK. Keeps better time than any mechanical watch I have ever owned. Marc is great to work with. Buy from him! I assure you, you wont be sorry.

I am very pleased with the watch. Very well built, and very nice looking. It is even better than the description that Island Watch had written. The service was also superb; very easy to order, and it arrived at my local post office in a little over 7 days! I will buy from them again.
