Very impressed by watch and by seller. Price was the lowest around, and delivery was extremely fast. The watch was packed securely against almost any shock or damage like 'drop kick' in shipping. The watch was larger and heavier than I thought. A local jeweler took out four links (they charged $3) to fit my 6.5" wrist perfectly. Once on it looks great, not too big, and it balances easily. The watch is almost silent and the seconds hand 'glides' around the dial. Luminosity is bright and long lasting. Adjustment is easy (but read the directions) and the watch keeps good time, losing just under 8 seconds per day. Great watch; it looks, runs, and feels excellent. Great seller with fast and reasonable service.

What a watch! Orient is without a doubt the best bang for the buck and this watch is no exception. Rugged, accurate and looks sweet on a green PVD NATO. As always Island Watch delivers without a hitch. Thanks guys :)

This is my second purchase from longislandwatch and I could not be happier. I placed my order late on a Friday and received my watch the following Wednesday. The watch arrived new and well packaged. This is my first Orient watch and it has become my every day wear. The Orient Ray has been keeping excellent time and the lume on this watch is amazing. This will not be my last Orient and definitely not my last purchase from longislandwatch. If you are on the fence about purchasing the Ray, rest assured it is an excellent product. It's a thicker than it looks, and heavier than I expected, but on the light and thin side compared to other divers. The ticking is much quieter than I'm used to. PVD coating looks great - matte in places, and shiny in others. The black body and band make it pop against my wrist, and although it picks up fingerprints and smears, I find that they don't detract from the aesthetic. The coating is thin, and will scratch. Depending on your use, you may see fine hairline silver scratches start to come through quickly. Mine already had a tiny scratch by the clasp when I received it, but i knew i'd add more of my own, so it didn't bother me. The crystal is uncoated as far as i can tell. The face is flat black, unlike the iridescent faces of others in the line, but that actually works to its advantage, as it makes the hands and indices pop. I love the shape of the hands. The red-tipped second hand is actually my favourite. Despite my criticisms, overall I still give it a 9/10.
