Aristo 38.5mm Swiss Automatic Vintage Aviator Watch with Sapphire Crystal #5H100

This Aristo 5H100 watch features a classic aviator dial design with vintage color luminous hour and minute markers (glows green in the dark). A Swiss SW200 self-winding movement powers the watch (viewable via an exhibition window back). The 38.5mm titanium case has a brushed finish and it is only 10mm thick. The crystal is scratch resistant sapphire. A textured leather strap with tie-offs at the lugs gives the watch a great presentation on you wrist, and also has a titanium buckle. Ensuring water resistance is a screw down crown. Great vintage looking pilot watch.

    I saw Marc review several Aristo watches a while ago. I was most impressed with the titanium, 38.5mm Aviator. On the video, the watch looked great. But what really convinced me was looking at the photographs of this model on the Gnomon site. It is much more attractive than Marc's photo show. And in person, it is even more so! The case is brushed, Grade 5 titanium. The lume is antiqued tan which glows green. There is also a sapphire display back. And even Marc comments in his video about how good the strap is. I've had this watch for almost a month and couldn't be more pleased! It is extremely comfortable to wear, weighing only 57 grams. It looks and feels much more expensive than it is. I like it so much that it effectively bumped my Sinn 856 off the wrist!

    Looks great, but I still think 40mm would have been the best size -- at least for my wrist

    Awesome watch, my first not walmart watch and I'm pretty happy with it. Not too big to get in the way and waterproof /scratch resistant for work.

    A very well made titanium watch with a great supple leather strap. Keeps excellent time. Well worth the money. Punches well above its weight. Smooth and silky crown and movement.

    What a nice watch! Looked at all the other options for this type of watch, and this checked all the right boxes. Even the strap is top notch. The size is perfect for my 6.5" wrist. Couldn't be happier.

    This Aristo pilot watch is outstanding quality (German made) and perfect size for women or smaller-wrist men. Leather strap is also awesome quality. Perfect transaction from Long Island Watch, as always.
