Do my Crowns expire?
No. Your Crowns never expire. Earn them and use them whenever you're ready.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards do not expire once they are activated in your account.
What happens to my Crowns if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the Crowns you earned for that order will be deducted from your balance. If you used Crowns on a purchase you later return, those Crowns will be credited back to your account once the return is processed.
When do I get my birthday gift?
Your birthday Crowns are awarded on your birthday. The only exception is if your birthday falls within 30 days of the date you entered it — in that case, they'll be awarded the following year.
I forgot to use my Crowns at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Unfortunately, Crowns cannot be applied to an order after the purchase has been completed. Make sure to redeem before you check out next time.
