This is a pair of thick 20mm Seiko Monster spring bars for attaching your Seiko rubber strap, or stainless steel bracelet to your Seiko Monster watch. These spring bars are made specifically for the Seiko Monster series of watches. They are 20mm wide and 2.5mm thick. No flange. The Seiko Monster watches have lug holes for inserting a straight pin tool end to push in the spring bar for removal.
