Very nice watch, especially at this price. Got this for my son as a gift and he is very happy with it. Full lume dial is striking. LI Watch service is top notch. Order shipped quickly and was well packaged. Overall, very pleased. I'd buy from them again without any reservation.

Just got this watch a couple days ago. I'd been looking for a relatively inexpensive, mostly traditional styled, Pilot Watch for a while... One that I could use for everyday work wear. Looked at many brands until I stumbled upon the Islander Aviator line... Which had all the features I wanted, many of them you'd only find on a $400+ Pilot watch. I don't know how Marc does it, but this watch is fantastic for the money. Sapphire crystal, handwinding, lock down crown, good thick leather band, clean finish and aesthetics, solid movement (only losing about 3 sec every 1.5 days so far), and the lume is fabulous! Bottom line.... For $200 this is well worth the money. And given the afterthought, I just might have to order one of his field watches to replace my work watch now. This one just seems too nice now that I have it!

I liked the looks of this watch and couldn't pass because of the great price. The 1st watch arrived, nicely packaged and but lasted only 8 hours and stopped running. LongIsland Watch immediately shipped a replacement. I have had the replacement a couple of weeks, wears nicely and the full face LUME is really nice. I replaced the leather strap with a silicone and it has become my everyday wear and I have many. I would have given 5 Stars but the 1st watch was somewhat a disappointment and I question the quality control. It might have been the one-in-a-thousand that went bad...

This was my first purchase from Long Island Watch and this own brand Aviator style really caught my eye. The case and dial are beautifully finished and sits very comfortable on my 7.5 inch wrist. The screw-down crown feels very solid and winding and date change are easy and feel just right. The leather strap is thick and high quality and really sets of the watch. The all lume dial is just amazing and looks even better through the anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Any improvements? Two small things: the engraving of the plane on the caseback could be much more detailed and I would like the strap to have cream stitching to match the dial. Both small things, but would certainly not stop buying this watch Highly recommended 5* Overall,

This watch was a gift from my Brother. First, it arrived 4 DAYS EARLY! Next, it was very well packaged and protected. The watch itself is flawless and as described. I would challenge anyone to find a Pilot watch with these specs at this price-point. I have communicated with LIW on a few previous occasions and have always found them to be quick to answer any questions and really work to do the right thing! Marc and his crew really hit a HOME RUN with this. Thanks to LONG ISLAND WATCH!!!

I have been looking for a Flieger for ages, and when I found this it was knocking off two birds with one stone, a Type B and a full lume dial. Beautifully finished, a healthy amount of lume means it continues to glow for hours (with adjusted eyes). I swapped out the strap for a Staib mesh and its even more comfortable. There maybe a nice brown Horween in the future as well. Great stuff Mark, extremely happy with this watch. I'm sure there will be more Islander's in my future
