The Marathon Artic TSAR Quartz Medium is a dive watch built to ISO 6425 standards. This watch is a smaller, medium sized, version of Marathon’s line of diver’s watches. It is nicknamed the the Arctic TSAR due to its crisp white dial. The watch is perfect for someone who wants a tough, reliable, and military issue dive watch, yet prefers a reduced size. It is just as tough as its larger brothers.

The Arctic TSAR has a water resistance down to 30 ATM - 300 meters (1000 feet) underwater. Built from 316L surgical grade stainless steel, the Arctic TSAR Medium is a high quality, purpose built watch that will reliably accompany you on any adventure you may embark on. The Diver’s Quartz Medium comes with a scratch resistant, sapphire glass crystal.

Features a 3 Piece Rubber Strap System (made in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland) crafted from FKM Rubber to meet the requirements of high-performance military applications. The 3-Piece system comes with one (6 o'clock) tail piece with 8 adjustment holes, and two (12 o'clock) buckle pieces of different sizing that allow the wearer to tailor the length to fit their wrist size. The Diver’s Quartz Medium is made in La Chaux de Fonds Switzerland to guarantee the highest level of quality and accuracy in manufacturing. Inside the Diver’s Quartz Medium is a Swiss made, high torque, 3 jewel ETA F06 Quartz movement. The ETA F06 movement is accurate to -0.3/+0.5 seconds per day and, it includes an End of Life (EOL) indicator that will advance the seconds hand once every 4 seconds to inform you that a battery change is needed.

The Arctic TSAR Quartz Medium uses self contained Tritium gas tubes to ensure constant visibility in low light situations, a Tritium gas tube is placed on each hour marker as well as the seconds and minute hands. Tritium tubes are self illuminating gas tubes which contain an isotope of hydrogen, meaning they will not dull down in brightness like normal photoluminescent paint which requires an external light source to create a glow. Note: MaraGlo luminous material is used for the 12 hour bezel marker.

To maintain proper tracking for maintenance, each Arctic TSAR Quartz Medium comes individually numbered and engraved with a serial number.
