    ME262 Watch is a keeper!

Posted by Joe Sullivan on Oct 3rd 2017

I have been wanting to get this watch for a year now and I finally bought it. It is a truly awesome watch. I love the smaller size and the unique coin edge. I am also a fan of the old WWII fighters and especially the ME262 so I am biased a bit. Marc, you really do offer some unique and fine watches that have built my collection. As always I am 100% satisfied! Thanks alot Marc!

    Great Watch

Posted by VJ on Nov 3rd 2015

Excellent delivery. Well packed with little or no chance of damage. Watch is keeping excellent time. Loss of 2 seconds in three weeks of full time wear. Good size for medium sized wrist. Watch is easy to read at a glance. Night time reading is good after a good soak under a desk lamp. Watch exceeds my expectations. The hands are NOT what are pictured on the web site. They are smaller than pictured and match the watch above the ME262-41B on the Island web site. Island offered an immediate rebate but I liked the watch too much to return it.

    Attractive Design

Slightly harder to ead than the 41 mm Titanium, because of the con edge and 40 mm case, but still very attractive and neat looking piece. Also has goo internal mecahnical alignment for accuracy. Quartz movement is Swiss;drwback is that battery has to be changed eventually, but better accuracy than an automatic or windup mechanism.

    Great looking watch.

It looks as good as the photo and I have already had compliments on the watch after wearing it just a few days. I do wish the "hardened" mineral crystal was harder. It took one day for it to scratch in two separate areas.
