The watch is powered by a Citizen Eco-Drive that is powered by any light source (no battery to change). The watch has a 7-month power reserve when it is fully charged. The accuracy is in the range of plus or minus 15 seconds a month.The watch also has an insufficient charge warning and an overcharging prevention function. It is water resistant to 50 meters.
