The Seiko SKS491 chronograph model comes with a black dial with skeleton hands and white hour markers. It has 43mm diameter black ion plated stainless steel case, a black ion bezel, and a date window at 3:00 on the dial. The watch is powered by a quartz chronograph movement that sub-dials for sixty minutes and one for one tenth of a second. The running seconds hand is at 6:00 on the dial. The chronograph measures up to 60 minutes in 1/10-second increments. This watch is water resistant to 100 meters.
