The Seiko Presage model SSA423 is a sporty dress watch with a fixed sixty minute marked bezel. It has a gorgeous silver and white sunburst dial offset with silver hands and hour markers. The hands are filled with Lumibrite as are white rectangular boxes next to most of the hour markers. A 24-hour sub-dial partially overlays the open-heart window on the dial. A Hardlex crystal adds clarity and presence to the beautiful dial.

The watch is powered by the Seiko 4R39 caliber self-winding movement that can also be hand wound and hacked. The 40mm diameter case is finely brushed and polished. The stainless steel bracelet has a clasp with a dual push-button release. An exhibition back allows you to view the goldtone rotor along with the 4R39 movement. Water resistantance is 50 meters. Weight is 139 grams. Lug width is 20mm.
