Timex 34mm Marlin Mechanical (Hand Wind) Watch with Silver Dial #TW2R47900ZV

The Gentleman’s standard – then and now. This reissue of a 1960s timepiece pairs the purity, precision and pleasure of a hand-wound mechanical movement with the timeless sophistication of a sleek design. You wind the watch until you feel resistance on the crown, then stop. (be careful to not over wind). This should be repeated every day to prevent the watch from stopping. The Marlin watch is throw-back vintage design in size and movement. It has a 34mm diameter case, a radiant silver colored dial with black hands and markers, and it features an acrylic crystal (like the original). Inside the watch is a mechanical, hand wind movement. The Marlin is destined to become a collectors item. Cool retro watch for sure.

This reissue is beautiful on the wrist, and fun to wind and wear. Very classy looking, but gaining close to a minute per day. I have close to a dozen Orient watches that I have bought here costing below $150 each that stay within ten to fifteen seconds per day. Still, I love this watch.

Nice retro dress watch

Picked this up on a whim. Reminded me of the watch my dad used to wear. Doubt he ever wore a watch bigger than 36mm. Love the hand wind and the domed glass. Only small negative would be the strap, but at this price it's just fine. Could always upgrade to real lizard if you wanted.

Arrived only a couple of days ago but it looks very good and is keeping good time. I bought this out of nostalgia as it dates from my teenage years when every schoolboy had a Timex, Ingersoll or Smiths watch for the same 200USD as this watch costs now, if you take account of inflation. It is a really authentic looking re-issue of a 60s classic by Timex. I always change the strap when I acquire a watch. Don't expect a great strap at this price.

Everything as expected, the watches have arrived long before the due date and in perfect shape. In czech republic the customs post is horrible but that clearly isn't a problem of your own:( anyway i'm satisfied and if i ever come over a watch which isn't available in czech rep I'll probably order it from your shop
