San Martin’s SN0123 evokes the feel of classic military style watches with a black and gilt motif. The case is a very wearable 40mm with a silver tone stainless steel exterior with an easy to grip 12-hour dual time bezel. The crown is located at the 3 o’clock position and is screwed down to maintain the watch’s 200m water resistance rating, making the watch perfectly suitable for underwater adventures.
The dial features printed indices that are liberally applied with luminous material to ensure after dark visibility. Furthermore, indices are given a faux patina treatment, adding to its vintage feel. The watch maintains a clean no-date look, keeping the dial’s symmetry. The San Martin hexagonal logo is printed below the 12 o’clock. Securing the watch to your wrist is a true military style one-piece black nylon strap.
The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with a generous amount of antireflective coating on the underside. A reliable Seiko NH35 automatic hacking, hand winding movement powers the watch ensuring that as long as you keep moving, your watch will as well.
