This is a pair of thick 22mm Seiko spring bars for attaching your Seiko rubber strap, or stainless steel bracelet to your Seiko watch. These spring bars are made specifically for the Seiko watches. They are 22mm wide and 2.5mm thick. No flange. Many Seiko watches have lug holes for inserting a straight pin tool end to push in the spring bar for removal.
