The Essence watch combines elegance and robustness in a Swiss mechanical high precision timepiece. The Essence has a patented Case Suspension System, a waterproof case, a COSC-certified Swiss Automatic movement, and flawless hand-finished surfaces. On top of that, unique features, such as Formex’s patented Micro-Adjustment System, will make the Essence exceptionally comfortable on your wrist.

Powering the watch is COSC-certified Swiss Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement featuring 26-jewels, a glucydur balance wheel, and a custom-built skeleton rotor with thermally blued screws. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal provides you with a clear view of the dial details. A sapphire crystal is also used for the exhibition case back.

The stainless steel case is 43mm in diameter and 10mm in thickness. Lug to lug measures 49mm. Water resistance is 100 meters. Hand-finished with undiluted passion, the Essence is crafted with an execution only found in high-end timepieces.

The collection’s latest addition is a captivating green dial which is made from the precious stonemalachite. The name is said to derive from the Ancient Greek word ‘malache’, which means mallow, asthe stone closely resembles the color of the leaves of the mallow plant. Malachite’s spiritual meaning isone of transformation and is said to be the ‘Essence of Joy’. Without going too deep into its metaphysicalproperties, we feel that by just looking at the malachite’s swirls, rings and intricate marbling isrejuvenating and uplifting. The distinctive, patterned coloration, in variousshades and swirls from lightgreen to almost black make every single dial a unique piece,non-identical to any other. Just like the othervariations of the Essence lineup, the new dial is explicitly unisex.While looking at the dial for toolongmight feel hypnotic, a quick glance is enough to easily read time. Applied indices, deep-filled with Super-LumiNova® BGW9 and mirror-polished bevels provide legibility day and night.
