The “Hamburg DIN 8330” and “Hamburg GMT DIN 8330” are two new models from Laco, that are certified according to the strict DIN 8330 standard. As a manufacturer of high-quality pilot watches with nearly 100 – years of history, we continue the tradition of fulfilling the requirements of pilots.
DIN 8330 standards include resistance to fluids typical of flight operations, compatibility with the cockpit environment, avoidance of reflections and glare, and impact resistance.
Both models are characterized by the following technical specifications:
- Movement: Laco 200, based on the Sellita 200 ( Top ), with date display at 4 o'clock or Laco 330, based on the Sellita SW 330 ( Top ), with date display at 6 o'clock and GMT function
- Stainless steel case 904L, dark sandblasted, magnetic field protection, with flat sapphire crystal and anti-reflective coating on both sides.
- Stainless steel screw back with airplane relief
- Dial: mat black, arabic numerals and indices covered with Super-LumiNova® C1, with the GMT version, numerals and indices additionally covered with Super-LumiNova Dark Orange.
- Hamburg DIN 8330: hour and minute hand with white frame, all hands are covered with Super-LumiNova® C1
- Hamburg GMT DIN 8330: hour and minute with white frame, hour and minute are covered with Super-LumiNova® C1 and GMT arrow covered with Super-LumiNova Dark Orange.
