The Squale 1521 is a 500 meter professional diving watch with the famous and characteristic "von Büren" case. This is a real classic diver with great details like the acid etched, screw-in case back and the signed "VON" screw-down crown referring to the founder of the Squale brand. The 316L stainless steel case has a brushed finish and it is a modern 42mm size for a nice presence on your wrist. The black lacquered dial features Super-LumiNova treated luminescent hour markers and hands. A date window is a 3:00. Includes a 60-click uni-directional bezel with sixty minute markings. Includes a scratch resistant sapphire crystal.
The watch is made in Switzerland and it is powered by a Swiss Made Sellita SW-200-1 automatic (self-winding) movement that has been certified a chronometer by COSC. Summarily, this ensures the accuracy of the watch is within +6 to -4 seconds per day in all 6 positions and a variation of temperature. The Sellita has a 38-40 hour power reserve.
