I have bought several Islanders at this point and am very familiar with them at this point. This one in particular continues the trend of great value for money. The build quality continues to be great. The bezel is strong and responsive. The gold handset and waffle dial are beautiful and easy to read. My favorite is the new oversized o'clock crown, it's very easy to manipulate. I took a star off because this was the first time the chapter ring was misaligned. However, this is an oddity for the brand and I have no doubt Marc would solve the issue for me if I asked. He is an owner who cares.

This is my fourth Islander I’ve purchased , been happy with all. Just disappointed that my watch arrived with a haze like scratch on the side of the case. I guess it’s not a big deal but I’m disappointed it wasn’t perfect on arrival

This is the best Islander diver yet! The specs are typically outstanding, with a reliable and accurate Seiko NH36 automatic self-winding movement (with hacking and handwinding), a sapphire crystal, a fully lumed ceramic bezel insert, a SKX style case (with the screw-down crown moved to the 3 o'clock position) that will accept SKX mod parts. The watch comes on a stainless steel bracelet with solid links, solid endlinks, and a milled clasp. The dial is stunning, with a waffle pattern, with embossed flat gold Islander logo and "Automatic 200m" lettering. The hour and minute hands and the indices are polished goldtone, with plenty of lume, and the red sweep second hand matches the "Islander" lettering on the dial, and the 15 minute markers on the chapter ring. Speaking of the chapter ring, unlike the watch company many Islander watches are inspired by, both the chapter ring and the bezel line up to the dial perfectly! Kudos to Mark an his staff for the quality control of such affordable watches! This timepiece has quickly become one of my favorite watches in my collection. Definitely the best for the price!

Very affordable diver, but design seem to continue to get more innovative on the Tyland or watches. I also think this watch is less of and homage and almost hit someone style. Super satisfied with it has good weight to it, indefinitely and I catcher. Quality bracelet also, much better than the comparable Seiko bracelets on their cheaper lines

I was a little disappointed. The quality of material seemed less than most of the other Islander watches i have purchased.

This is an extremely nice watch. I own 5 Seikos, and this is by far a superior watch. Awesome details. Beautiful dial, hands, and indexes. Bracelet is really nice. Though, I wish it had more micro adjusts. 4-6 is always preferred. I highly recommend the entire Islander lineup

This is my first Islander, and I’m very impressed with the fit, finish, and aesthetics! Great specs at a fantastic price point, excellent communications, and delivery was quick! I love the screw pins in the bracelet…had it sized to my wrist in less than 5 minutes. And the lume, wow! Kudos to Marc and team for a job well done! Now all I have to do is decide which Islanders to get next

This is my first Islander. It shan't be my last. You can't mistake this for anything other than a passion project by watch nuts for watch nuts. Ridiculous value at $300. The dial is stunning in person. The build quality and alignment is excellent. The tapered bracelet wears comfortably and looks great, but IWC threw in drilled lugs for the undeniable strap monster design. Ceramic bezel, sapphire crystal, lume galore. Honestly couldn't be happier with this watch. If you're on the fence and reading this, just trust me here: buy it.

So, a MAS62 and a BB58 had a love child and this is it. The watch looks great in the pictures - and even better in person. I have swapped out the bracelet with a Beads of Rice from Uncle Seiko and that combination rocks. It really brings out the 60’s dive watch vibe this watch has. I can confirm that SKX bracelets do fit this watch. It’s keeping really good time - I’m at -6 seconds/day. I am very pleased with this purchase and it won’t be my last.
