This new Messerschmitt model from Aristo is styled like the watches worn in bomber runs in WWII. The watch it is modeled after was usually worn on the outside of the pilot's jacket and it was large to be easy to read. The case size is 55mm in diameter and it is 13mm thick. The hands and hour markers on the Type A style black dial are treated with C-3 SuperLuminova for excellent glow-in-the-dark lume. It really lights up with a 30 second charge from a bright light source. Inside the case is a Swiss Made Quartz movement that provides you with very accurate time keeping. And like the original version, the crown is large to be better able to be adjusted with the pilot's gloved hands. Comes with a brown aviator-style leather strap with a buckle closure. This is a dramatic watch on your wrist.
