This is a scratch and dent EL05005S Orient Star. The date didn't advance. Orient fixed it. Like new condition otherwise.The new Orient Star Classic is powered by an Orient made 40N52, 22-jewel automatic (self-winding) movement that can be hand wound and has hacking capability. It also has a power reserve of 40 hours which can be monitored via a meter at 12:00 on the dial. A quick-set date window is at 3:00. The hands are done in a yellow goldtone color and the applied hour markers are also goldtone. This model also features a domed mineral crystal that gives this timepiece an elegant look. The watch comes on a alligator grained leather strap with a buckle closure. An exhibition window case back shows you the Orient Star movement winding rotor and balance wheel in action.
