Introducing our first collaboration with PHOIBOS, a brand we admire for their amazing designs and terrific price point. Limited to just 100 pieces, the Reef Master collab is a 42mm dive watch that is available only in our store. You will not find this colorway anywhere else, and to commemorate it, our brand name ISLANDER is spelled out on the lower half of the dial.

This Phoibos Reef Master dive watch features a 42mm diameter 316L grade stainless steel case. It is just 13mm thick excluding the crystal, 14mm including the domed sapphire crystal. Sapphire is scratch resistant, so it will look new for a very long time! To ensure 200 meters of water resistance, a screwdown crown is used. The crown bears the Phoibos logo and is aggresively textured to ensure easy manipulation.

The dial is "sandwich" construction. This is a technique that gives the dial depth, and also allows for amazing lume. The purple sand dial is cut-out where the numbers and indices are located. Underneath is a layer of BGW9 Superluminova so you can easily read the time in the dark. BGW9 glows a cool-blue. The hands are treated with C3 Super-lumiNova that glows green. It makes for an amazing effect when the lights go down. The 120 click uni-directional bezel is topped with a black ceramic insert. The relief numbers and indices are treated with BGW9 as well, so the bezel is visible in low light.

The watch is powered by an SII (Seiko Instruments) NH38 movement. This is a true no-date automatic movement that handwinds and hacks. It has a power reserve of about 40 hours and beats at 21,600 beats per hour. The automatic movement is powered by the movement of your wrist, so there are no battery changes to be concerned about.

Securing the Limited Edition Reef Master to your wrist is a solid link, solid endlink H-link bracelet. This fully brushed bracelet has a negative endlink at the lug which allows it to hug your wrist since it articulates at the case. The bracelet is 22mm at the lug, and tapers to 20mm at the clasp. The clasp has 4 positions of micro-adjust to get the perfect fit. Sizing is a breeze since the links are held with screws.
