When Reactor decided to make a pilot's style watch, it had to be first and foremost a Reactor - big and bold with a certain flair that may be lacking in the more classic styles. Starting with a near 50mm case, the slide rule bezel dominates the design, smoothly turning in either direction to perform an impressive array of mathematical calculations. The asymmetric chronograph eyes make a statement, and the 1/20th sec fractional chronograph allows for very precise timing. Combined with all the regular Reactor DNA, the new Valkyrie is destined to become a classic pilot's watch.

The Valkyrie chronograph stainless case diameter is 49.25mm and it is 15mm thick. It weighs in at 215 grams. Inside the watch there is a very accurate Japanese quartz chronograph movement with a 60-minute stopwatch function. It also has a big date display at 12:00 and the bezel can be used as a slide rule for distance calculations, etc. The bezel also has a handy luminous PIP. The screw-down crown is protected with tapered extensions on the side of the case. The chronograph pushers are screw-down. Make sure to screw them down if you are going swimming.

There is a forged (screw-in) case back and the bracelet is secured to the case with solid screw bars (rather than push-pins). And, the rich blue dial features SuperLuminova Illumination on the hands and hour markers to allow you to see the time in low light or dark conditions. The watch will come to you nestled inside Reactor's distinctive cylinder container.
