This is a scratch and dent Seiko watch in excellent condition - except the bezel spring is broken so it turns in both directions.The new Seiko SBDC063 Prospex dive watch is powered by a 23-jewel, 6R15 automatic movement that features a 50-hour power reserve due to the use of a Spron mainspring. The watch has a 44mm x 13.1mm stainless steel case that has been treated with Seiko’s DiaShield coating to reduce scratching and corrosion. The SBDC063 comes on a soft pliable silicone strap with a stainless steel keeper. Lug width is 20mm.
The case has a mixture of satin brush and high-polish finishing done with Seiko’s signature Zaratsu technique. Also, the lugs are also drilled to provide easy bracelet to strap changes. The uni-directional blue bezel is a 120-click design with minimal play and smooth operation.
The hour markers and the new modern Prospex hands are of course treated with Seiko’s Lumibrite for long lasting glow in the dark performance. The dial is protected with a flat anti-reflective sapphire crystal that keeps your watch looking new longer.
