I own one already and decided I would buy one for my son. This is a great birthday gift.

    Seiko SNA411P1

PLEASE disregard my earlier Jan 21 comments about this wonderful watch. I was so sure that I was correct that I "jumped the gun" on that day. Bottom-line, I was so certain that my jeweller-friend would agree that I'd done everything by the book ... that she would obviously agree with me. The watch was mute. I go there the next day. We do the protocol together. I say," See! It doesn't make a sound! Doris looks at me and says, "Ron, yes it does. You just can't hear it." I am 71. Kinda makes sense ...

    A fantastic timepiece.

The Seiko "Flightmaster" or 'Flighty' is a wonderful watch. Just on 'looks' ,it is a winner! However, it is a functional chronometer featuring a variety of calculations and conversion options that are for me,a self described 'science-geeks' wonderland. , The Seiko Flightmaster is a classic timepiece and the customer service at Long Island Watches is first rate.

A timeless Timepeace . It is my second Seiko in my over 60 watch collection and I loved. Shipment to Mannheim was excellent. This watch is a good value for the money.

    Excellent experience

The Seiko SNA411P1 doesn't need much to be spoken about, it is an amazing time piece. I really appreciate professionalism of Long Island Watch crew. I interacted with several people from the crew and they all were very helpful and provided me with needed info. As for the shipping part, it was as described, no delays, exactly with in the time window described on the website. All in all excel shopping experience which I will repeat in the future. Thank you Marc and Long Island Watch crew

    Disappointing defect on watch

Posted by Ronald W Drysdale on Jan 21st 2021

I am sure that it is very rare in a Seiko quartz movement, but mine had a defect. The alarm feature simply made no noise. The instructions were simple and clear and everything mechanical worked exactly as it should. My local jewellery shop (since 1938) examined it and also agreed with my assessment. I informed LIW of the issue and told them that it wasn't worth the hassle (and slight risk) of mailing it back to the U.S. from Canada for warranty work/replacement. And they were apparently fine with that. And that was the end of it.
