The P 6600 Sand is an upgrade model of the P 6600 Shadow. Traser equipped the new Sand watch with a black PVD-plated trigalight® insert on the bezel, sapphire crystal, and included a day-date indication with white text on a black background. The Sand gets it name from the beige-sand color on the hands, dial markings, and the stripe on the nylon strap.

The watch features a 45mm double case construction with glass-fiber reinforced resin as an outer case and steel as the inner case. Comes with a nylon military strap, a bi-directional rotating PVD-plated bezel, a black dial with inner 24 hour markings, a sapphire crystal, and a Swiss Ronda 517.6 DD quartz movement. Green Tritium lights are at each hour markings except for 12:00 which is orange. Hour and minute hands are fitted with green Tritium lights.
