Seiko "Cocktail Time" Automatic Dress Watch with 40mm Case, and Hardlex Crystal #SARB065

The exquisite Seiko SARB065, also known colloquially as "Cocktail Time", is powered by the premium Seiko 6R15 caliber self-winding movement that can also be hand wound and hacked. It is the same caliber that powers most of the Seiko Prospex line of watches. The movement has a generous 50 hour power reserve. The case has a polished finish and radiant textured dial silvertone hands and hour markers. A date display is shown at the 3 o'clock position. The black leather strap has a deployant clasp for quick on and off. A scratch resistant Hardlex crystal is used along with an exhibition back that allows you to view the movement in action. Water resistant to 50 meters. This is definitely a luxury range watch that is available at an affordable price. An excellent timepiece for sure.

Just got this watch along with a Staib polished mesh bracelet. For around $700, it looks like a million bucks. Always a pleasure buying from Long Island Watch!

I chose longislandwatch.com to purchase my Seiko as it was difficult to purchase in Europe from a reputable source. I had previously purchased two SKX007 from Mark's company and was impressed by the service and speed of delivery. Yes, it cost me a little more than from a European dealer when you include VAT and fees here in the UK but I was happy to pay extra for peace of mind.

I ordered the cocktail time and the alpinist on a Wednesday, I received them by Monday. Fast and free delivery from Marc. After opening the box there is the wow effect,clean, classic lines. Stunning dial!!! Very happy with the purchase.

This was my third purchase through Long Island Watch and won't be the last. Another amazing watch and another amazing transaction. I ordered the watch Thursday was notified it watch shipped Saturday and it arrived Monday, less than three working days from order to delivery via free USPS shipment. The watch arrived in an un-opened shrink-wrapped Seiko box- a guarantied brand-new JDM watch. It looks amazing and rounds out my mini-collection of mid-tier JDM Seiko automatics. The case is nicely finished, the face is awesome and I even enjoy the strap (I get what Seiko was trying to do with the shiny black leather, I find it comfortable and I love the deployant clasp on the "wrong" side) Just one Q- is the Cocktail Time really "discontinued"? While Seiko announced just that back in March 2017 judging by the ID number on the caseback my 065 was made July 2017. Regardless, it's beautiful and I'm happy I pulled the trigger with Long Island Watch. I will definitely buy from Marc again!

Well it lives up to all the positive Youtube videos out there detailing the watch. Its a beautiful watch with a strap that is "blah". Plus purchasing from this business just makes the experience even better because you know your going to get a quality product and great service.

This watch isn't an everyday beater, as its description says, it's a dress watch. But it is stunning. The SARB065 is discontinued (and replaced by the Presage SRPB43) so it won't be available too long and generally says "out of stock". But Marc still gets some for US sale (they are JDM, so no US warranty, I don't think). As soon as I got the "back in stock" email and ordered the SARB065 it was at my house in just days (compared to weeks from Japan, or months from China). Island Watch is the best.
