Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hang tags and stickers firmly in place. No stickers can be removed, and item must still be sealed in original packaging. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for return instructions.

Please send your return to the below address using the carrier of your choice. We recommend you insure it against loss and use sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit. We request that you obtain a signature on delivery, and keep a copy of the shipping label. The item is your responsibility until we verify it arrives at our facility. Note that a "delivery" notification from the shipping company is not sufficient, as they do mis-deliver packages. Only a signature from our staff, and a copy of the label, can be used for delivery proof and subsequent refund. Address your package to "Island W" omitting the high theft word "Watch" from any packaging. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.
