Seiko Automatic Dive Watch with Offset Crown and Rubber Dive Strap #SKX009J

This is a made in Japan version of the classic SKX009 automatic dive watch. The letter J is affixed to the end of the model number to denote its status as made in Japan. The watch features Seiko's well proven 7S26 automatic (self-winding) movement with a day and date display, highly luminous Lumibrite treated hands and markers, a large screw down offset crown, uni-directional bezel, scratch resistant hardlex crystal and a solid etched, screw-down case back. The watch winds with the movement of your wrist.

    Great watch and amazing service from Marc. Don't buy anywhere else. But the rubber strap suuucks. It's super stiff and never softens up. Buy this on the metal bracelet and pony up another $50 for the great Seiko R02F or Crafter Blue straps Marc sells. They transform the experience of wearing the watch.

    My first SKX, great watch, happy with my purchase. Bezel and chapter ring aligns. Long island provided great customer service from questions to shipping. Postage to Australia took a while given the Covid19 issue but can't blame long island for that. Thanks, I will be a returning customer.

    Bought the K version of this watch and immediately regretted it (I just did). LIW made it extremely easy to return my K version for a J. Will buy from them again with no hesitation. Only wish I had gotten the Seiko Warranty booklet with the piece. As LIW told me they cover with Seiko so it shouldn’t be a problem. Just a personal preference I guess.
