Islander USA Assembled Ameriquartz Field Watch with 40mm Stainless Steel Case and AR Sapphire Crystal #ISL-76

This rugged, smart looking new Islander field watch is assembled and tested in the United States (Fountain Hills, Arizona). It features a U.S. Ameriquartz 7121 all metal, one-jewel movement that is accurate to ± 20 sec/month. The movement’s battery has a lifespan of three to four years. The battery number (370/371) is smartly engraved on the case back for future reference.

The simplistic white dial is free of any markings other than the time, date and a railroad track style minutes counter. The SuperLuminova luminous treatment for the hands and hour markers is a vintage old radium-like color. It is great for reading the time in low light and darkness. Providing a clear view of the dial is an anti-reflective flat sapphire crystal.

The stainless steel case is 40mm in diameter and just 10mm thick. Tip to tip the case measures 49mm. The stainless steel case back is etched and screws-in for easier battery changes. The crown is a push-pull for quick time settings. The watch’s weight is 65 grams. Water resistance is 100 meters.

The strap included for this watch is an Islander comfort-fit, EWB. It is a spandex elastic woven nylon type with a thin stripe in the middle. It’s a one-size-fits-all strap that you adjust to your wrist via a sliding steel clasp. It is for 6.25 to 8 inch wrist sizes.
