This is a scratch and dent Laco pilot watch. Movement was serviced. Like new otherwise. Runs fine.

The new version of the Laco Aachen 861690 model now features a scratch resistant sapphire crystal (only a diamond can scratch it). The 42mm case design houses a Laco 21 automatic (self-winding) movement. The Aachen model has a black Type B (or bomber) dial with large minutes. The hands and dial markers are treated with SuperLuminova for excellent readability in the dark. Like the original WWII Laco watches, there is no date window. Includes a really nice brown leather strap with rivets like those used in WWII.

    I've been eyeballing this style watch for a year or so and when I saw it in the bombardier style (B) scratch and dent, I jumped on it. Good looking watch - nothing like my others, so a good addition. And easy to read with my old eyes. Shipping was fast. Coudl have used a bit more communication.
