This 55mm Laco Limited Edition mechanical (hand wind) watch was inspired by the original WWII Pilot watches. Only 100 will be sold worldwide. Inside the watch is a Swiss ETA A07.111 (modified to manual winding with stop mechanism for the seconds hand) with Geneva grinding finish, perlage and blued screws, and Incablock shock protection. The hands and dial markers are treated with SuperLuminova C3 for excellent readability in the dark. True to the original WWII Laco watches, there is no date window. Features a scratch resistant double-arch sapphire crystal that brings the overall height of the watch to 20mm. The case back is laser engraved with the original B-Uhr's ordinance number "FL23883". And, the case back has been engraved with the original observation watch's "data chart" along with the individual limited edition number. Includes a black aviator observation leather strap with rivets and jacket expansion.
