Orient USA II White Dial Automatic Dive Watch with Sapphire Crystal #AA0200CW

I've had my eye on a Mako USA II for the last couple of years. In fact I had planned to purchase one from Orient during their annual Black Friday sale in 2018, but somehow got distracted and missed their sale. Imagine my surprise when Marc announced that he was putting all three color-ways on sale for $199 last November. I wasted no time pulling the trigger on this white diver. I loved almost everything about this watch. The only thing I found somewhat off-putting about it was the stock bezel and bezel insert. It just didn't speak to me. So, it went into my watch rotation and saw limited wrist time. After ordering a replacement coin-edge bezel & ceramic insert from LIW it has earned its place as my daily driver. When it comes to customer service I have never dealt with better service than that offered by Marc and Long Island Watch. It goes far beyond fulfilling a sale. It's also about taking the time to read and respond to customer questions. Top notch.

Sapphire crystal, drilled lugs, solid end-links, outstanding lume, reliable and accurate in-house movement, handsome dial. Tremendous value. As always, Marc's service is top-notch.

My first stark white dial diver, perfect size,weight and thickness for everyday. Had to order extra links from Orient to fit my 8.75 inch wrist. Very accurate at +4 seconds per day. Only con is a smaller crown than I am accustom to.

This is as advertised,better than the other standard Mako 2.I bought a time grapher and was able to achieve around zero seconds per day lying flat and about -2 seconds per day during use.I also bought an upgraded clasp from strapcode.Very nice piece.I knew I wanted this piece from the moment I saw it a couple of years ago when it was first released.Getting a sale opportunity sealed the deal for me.Thank You Mark and LIW.

The watch is fantastic and was such a deal at the special Marc was running. Everything about the watch is just great and if you have any hesitation about it, just have a look at Marc's review on Youtube where he showcases the watches directly and points out all the qualities of it. One of the best sellers in the business!

I like this watch except for the crown. It's very difficult for someone with big fingers to turn the crown easily. I feel the crown could have been made a touch larger but then it might not look right with the rest of the watch based upon the design. Other than that it's very nice. I love the white dial version.
