This is a good-looking dive watch that is extremely affordable.

I've owned a few Seiko's before this watch, and the Ray does not disappoint. I was looking for a blue faced diver with applied markers and a sloped bezel, and this fit the bill. The case sits well on the wrist, the bracelet is solid and attractive, and accuracy is phenomenal. After a week of wearing it, it's running +3s/day. The only short-comings are the thin spring bars, and the hollow end links that rattle against the case. I dabbed some silicon on them to reduce the rattle and now I have nothing to complain about. For the price I can't fault them for using hollow end links... but I would gladly pay more than the current price if it came with solid end links that fit against the case tightly.

This is a great dive watch at a fair price. Finish is flawless and keeps accurate time. The blue dial and bezel are very eye catching and really hold your attention. I give the orient 5 stars for best value. Island watch folks are easy to work with.

Great watch, looks and feels very solid and more expensive. Nice modern size. Although I normally prefer the design of the more plain Mako bracelet, the Ray bracelet is better built and quickly grew on me. Love the deep blue dial. It's the darkest when compared to the blue Mako and Mako XL.
