Orient Star Classic Automatic Dress Watch with Power Reserve, Domed Crystal #EL05004W

The new Orient Star Classic is powered by an Orient made 40N52, 22-jewel automatic (self-winding) movement that can be hand wound and has hacking capability. It also has a power reserve of 40 hours which can be monitored via a meter at 12:00 on the dial. A quick-set date window is at 3:00. The hands are done in a silver color and the applied hour markers are also silvertone. This model also features a domed mineral crystal that gives this timepiece an elegant look. The watch comes on a alligator grained leather strap with a buckle closure. An exhibition window case back shows you the Orient Star movement winding rotor and balance wheel in action.

A Classic Watch

I gave this watch 5 stars because i simply is a ckassic looking watch straight out of Mad Men. Plus, I have measured its' time keeping and it ranks right there with my Swiss Hamilton watches. I now have three Orient watches and find that they are excellent in every way. Service from Marc and Long Island is also 5 star. Could not ask for better.

My dress watch

Looks better than the pictures. Nice face and hands. Essay to wear and read. More comfortable than some watches I have. Good shape and size not to large does not catch on shirts/jackets. Automatic winding mechanism works better than 2 swiss watches I have. The power reserve is accurate and doomed lense attractive. Arrived in 5 days as promised from New York USA to Western Australia that's half way around the world. I am happy. Also Long Island have always replied to my emails promptly and have been good to deal with. Got to buy my nehew a watch I know I be going to Long Island
