Orient Class Quartz Dress Watch with Sapphire Crystal and Black Dial #GW01005B

The Orient Class GW01005B is a classic dress style watch with a black dial offset with stick-styled hour markers and silvertone hour and minute hands. It features a slim 38mm stainless steel case with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal and a solid case back. The case is only 7.25mm thick making it ideal for wearing with a dress shirt.

The applied chapter ring with the hour markers gives the dial some depth for a much richer look. The watch is powered by an analog quartz movement, caliber JP600 featuring a date display at 6:00. A stainless steel bracelet secures the watch to your wrist. It is a really great looking, elegant design.

Orient Curator Grey Dial

I had been wanting a grey dial colored watch, and the dial color on this Curator did not disappoint. Sometimes it has a hint of chocolate color depending on lighting. I like the "beefy" markers, and the strap is well-padded and high quality. It is a versatile watch that can be both somewhat dressy or casual. Performance-wise, it has the customary Orient accuracy and consistency, about +6 seconds a day. It has become one of my favorites.
