I ordered a watch repair kit and it arrived damaged. Needing it as a gift for that weekend, I contacted the store via email (since they were closed). The owner replied very quickly, apologized and sent a replacement via Next Day Priority free of charge with a shipping label for the damaged item. Definitely appreciate that kind of above and beyond customer service. Will definitely order from again.

Broken Case

I just recieved this in the mail and the case was broken. All the pieces were there,but the case was broke and the plexiglass was broke.

Ive been waiting to find one of these kits that was priced well, leave it to Island Watch to find a way to serve the small collector.... It will save you money to have one, and you cant beat I W's prices. Fast service and ALWAYS top notch products, Ill be back again and again.
