The spirit of the 1970's has been captured in this new diver inspired Q Timex watch. It was first released in 1979 as a new modern Timex® watch with new quartz technology with a unique battery hatch that allow the user to change the watch battery without the need to see a jeweler. You just used a coin to fit in the caseback slot and twist to remove and replace the battery. The reissue features true-to-the-era woven stainless-steel bracelet, the functional battery hatch, a rotating top ring bezel, luminescent paint, and a modern quartz movement.

The case size is 38mm diameter x 11.5mm thick. Lug width is 18mm. Water resistance is 50-meters. The crystal is acrylic (like the original) and it comes on stainless steel bracelet with a self-adjustable clasp. Black dial. Stainless steel color bezel insert.
