Red Star SEA STAR 4 GMT Watch with Silver Dial and Passive Luminous Tubes #8759G-B

New from Red Star is the SEA STAR 4 series of watches. This particular series has a sand textured dial, however the main attraction is the glass tubes on the dial that act as hands. These tubes are passive luminescence (not tritium), however they glow very brightly in low light, and will maintain legibility through the evening with "adjusted" eyes. The dial is covered by a scratch resistant sapphire crystal and cyclops.

Powering the watch is a Seiko NH34 which allows tracking of two time zones. It is referred to as a caller or office GMT. The movement is automatic that offers handwinding as well as hacking. The crown is push/pull, and water resistance is 100 meters. The bezel is unidirectional, 90 click, and is marked in a 24 hour scale.

Securing it to your wrist is a 20mm bracelet with solid links and solid endlinks. It is easily sized with pins, and includes a tool-less micro adjust clasp that allows you to dial in the perfect fit without the need for tools.
