This striking Seiko Prospex watch is powered by a Seiko 4R35, 23-jewel self-winding automatic movement with hand winding and hacking (seconds hand stops when you pull out the crown). A compass marked inner-rotating bezel is provided for field use, hiking, camping, etc. The hands and hour markers are luminous filled with Seiko's famous LumiBrite for excellent time viewing in the dark. The black dial and gun-metal ion bezel combined with a stainless steel bracelet has a great presence on your wrist. Drilled lugs allow for quicker and easier bracelet to strap changes (should you decide to swap).

Note: The gun-metal ion bezel has a polished finish to match the polished case (it looks matte in the all of the images). You can see it better in the video below.

The watch features a 42mm diameter stainless steel case, a Hardlex mineral crystal, a date window, and it is water resistant to 100 meters. Lug width is 21mm. Includes a Seiko box with papers.

    Amazingly great Seiko field watch

    The fit and finish on this Seiko is superb. It looks like a much more expensive watch (IMHO). The polished gun-metal grey bezel really sets it off. I wasn’t sure I’d like it, but it is gorgeous. Love it! The dial is so easy to read. And, it glows like a torch in the dark. I charge it up with a black light at night and it lasts the whole night. I also like that the case is not too thick. Just perfect. Slim bracelet is nice also, but I put it on a nylon strap. I was able to fit a 22mm wide strap in the lugs. It’s rated at 21mm but some 22mm straps I have will fit. Great watch. Glad I bought it.

    I honestly bought the watch because I was looking for a new watch for myself. In the end I settled for this one because I was a Boy Scout and knew how to use the compass bezel. This was a great purchase good quality watch and a n affordable price I would definitely buy from this place again.
