Seiko Black Dial Automatic Dress Watch with 38mm Case, and Sapphire Crystal #SARB033

The exquisite Seiko SARB033 is powered by the premium Seiko 6R15 caliber self-winding movement that can also be hand wound and hacked. It is the same caliber that powers most of the Seiko Prospex line of watches. The movement has a generous 50 hour power reserve. The case has a fine brushed finish and the black dial sports luminous hands and silvertone hour markers. A date display is shown at the 3 o'clock position. The stainless steel bracelet has a deployant clasp with a dual push-button release. A scratch resistant sapphire crystal is used along with an exhibition back that allows you to view the movement in action. Water resistant 100 meters. This is definitely a luxury range watch that is available at an affordable price. An excellent timepiece for sure.

I hesitated purchasing the SARB033 because of all the hype, but when u returned, I was blown away. From the finishing to movement, Seiko knocked it out of the park.

great first experience with Long island watch

the sarb033 is a great watch, even for the current pricing of 499 usd. When you can't or won't stretch for the seiko sarx (presage) line, this the best alternative. on my 7,5" inch wrist the watch looks perfect. However fitting it under a cuff of a slim fit dress shirt will be a bit awkward looking i think. My parcel got lost at the postnl office here in the netherlands, but Marc sent a new watch, no questions asked. his response time via email is swift, clear and considerate. All in all i am very happy with my first purchase at long island watch. For sure i will be buying from them again in the near future. For future customers in the netherlands, please consider paying a little bit extra for the fedex courier option ;)

PERFECT WATCH!! But..

The watch is absolutely perfect, but when i opened the box, the watch wasn't wrapped around the pillow holder, it was faced downward under the pillow. I know that may seem like a nitpick, but when you spend a good amount of money, you want the entire experience to be special. Other than that, the watch is everything i asked for and more!!

Nice, solid watch; quick delivery. Only gripe is bracelet failed after a couple weeks. Appears a collar was missing on a link up by the case and the pin kept falling out. Perfect once collar replaced.

Super versatile strap monster

This was my first automatic watch, I did a lot of research to choose this model as something I could dress up and down with straps. Although the initial delivery had a faulty mainspring, Marc was super helpful and replaced it quickly, I've been really happy with the replacement. It's been accurate and is a joy to wear. Definitely would shop with Long Island Watches again.
