    Couldn't recommend this watch more!

Just received my SKX007 a few days ago, and I am thoroughly impressed with this watch for the cost. The OEM jubilee bracelet is a bit flimsy but is incredibly comfortable and classy looking. Great watch!

A Classic Timepiece That Holds Its Own

Posted by Tyler Williams on Jan 28th 2017

Everybody knows that the Seiko Skx is a staple in the watch industry. It won't be uncommon to see it sitting among Rolex's or Omega's in a big collector's collection. Taking this into consideration, as well as the price and raving reviews, I decided to pick this watch up. I've been nothing but excited and happy to show it off whenever I can. The first thing that struck me was how solid the watch casing it. It feels very, very solid. It also looks far more expensive than it actually is. I also like how it gives a sort of "nod" to the rolex submariner. But also keep in mind that you are not buying a submariner copy or even homage. The Seiko Skx is a timeless piece and definitely holds its own among the big boys.

Great watch. A sensible first step for all aspiring Seikoholics or those wanting a solid automatic diver with very good timekeeping and style.

Don't think, just go for it. Do it now.

I bought this watch through Longisland Watch. If you decide to buy the Seiko 007, buy it here, don't buy it from amazon, who knows if you are getting a real seiko 007 through amazon, but here you will, boxes and paper. Totally authentic. For years I have known about this watch, and now I have one. I enjoy wearing smaller watches, but this watch fits perfectly, not too big, not too small. The movement is spot on. I got this watch two days ago, and have been monitoring the performance of the 7s26, in short, it's highly accurate. What I like most about the watch is the case design. It just looks total bad ass. It will go great with a suit or with jeans or with a sport coat. You will enjoy how it feels on the wrist. The watch wears perfect. I have smaller wrists also. This watch commands respect, even the most die hard swiss watch people will respect the Craftsmanship of the Seiko 007. Go for it.

    Automatic beauty

Posted by GH on Jan 14th 2017

I'm just coming back to wearing a watch after a 10 year hiatus. Replacing batteries and cell phones turned me off to them. The beauty of this watch's style and function has me loving it. This is an automatic watch. In other words, it's self winding. To me, it's an elegant reminder of the state of the art from our world before electronics. It gains around 3 seconds a day and is not lightweight. I'll take it! Never having to wonder when a battery will die is worth it. Note, that from what I read, the mechanical nature of this watch means it should go in for a lube job or whatever every 2-3 years. That's okay too.

    Excellent Watch / Excellent Service

Posted by O. Argibay on Jan 13th 2017

This is a "must have" watch for any collection. Purchasing from LIW was simple and the price was competitive. I sent a question via email to the sales department and it was responded to very quickly. Item was received within 4 days (would've been 3 if not for holiday) and I'm very pleased with it. I did my research on LIW and all I found was favorable feedback. I will purchase from them again. Thanks Marc!
