Seiko Automatic Dive Watch with Offset Crown and Rubber Dive Strap #SKX009J

This is a made in Japan version of the classic SKX009 automatic dive watch. The letter J is affixed to the end of the model number to denote its status as made in Japan. The watch features Seiko's well proven 7S26 automatic (self-winding) movement with a day and date display, highly luminous Lumibrite treated hands and markers, a large screw down offset crown, uni-directional bezel, scratch resistant hardlex crystal and a solid etched, screw-down case back. The watch winds with the movement of your wrist.

First watch bought from longislandwatches. Will not be buying watches in this category from anyone else The fact that you can trust the product you are buying is priceless - returned my sarb017 to amazon cause authenticity was questionable and now waiting for it to become available on liw.com.

After doing some research (Youtubing), I ordered from Island Watch with confidence knowing that I would recieve a quality product without flaw. I am pleased to say that my watch came a day earlier than expected despite the pandemic, and hurricane laura. Anyhow, I have't been able to stop looking at it since it arrived. It's even more lovely in person, and worth every penny.

I could not decide between the SkxJ 7 9 or 13. Decided to go for a bit of colour and ordered the Skx09. Arrived together with my ISL05 to England very quickly and once I changed the horrible Seiko rubber strap for one of my beloved Natos the watch looks an wears really well. Wish the option to mod was available at the time I ordered but circumstances dictated otherwise. Would have gone for sapphire and ceramic . Theres always next time!!! Love Island watches and will definitely use again to purchase.

I bought this watch as my summer everyday watch especially by the ocean and during the boating season. The watch is great but the band is not too comfortable so may trade it out for a good nato strap.
