Order Status
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status if you set up an account.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed automatically when your order is shipped. For gmail accounts please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email in your Inbox. You may also obtain tracking information by logging into your My Account on the top right hand side.
My order never arrived.
Please familiarize yourself with the Delivery Timetable shown on our Shipping Information page to make sure you understand the delivery time-frame for the level of service chosen at checkout. If you believe that your package has been lost in transit or has far exceeded normal delivery times, please contact customer service for assistance via sales@longislandwatch.com
My Account
How do I create an account?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site. Click “Create Account”.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" That link will allow you to reset your password.
Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product and make sure to include the Order #, item or items description, date when order was placed.
What is your return policy?
Please see our Return Policy for complete details regarding our returns.
Limited Warranty
Please refer to Warranty description per each specific item. Depending on the years of warranty, it will be in effect from the date the item has been received by the customer. For any warranty issues or claims please contact customer service.
Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Pricing and Billing
What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are in US Dollars, no matter what country you are viewing the site from.
Do you have a price match policy?
Long Island Watch does not price match with any competitor’s pricing.
What are my payment choices?
Long Island Watch accepts PayPal, Affirm, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge and collect sales tax to certain states. To see if your state is included, simply start the checkout process where you enter your shipment information.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Can I purchase an item with multiple cards?
Yes, you can. Purchase an Island Watch Gift Certificate, as many as you would like, and then use those for your purchase. After applying your gift certificates, if there is still a balance, you can use your normal card to finish the purchase.

How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
How do I use a coupon after the order has been placed?

Do you size or adjust bracelets prior to shipping?
Sorry, we do not offer sizing.
I see a watch I want to purchase, but I want a different bracelet or strap. Is this possible?
Sorry, we do not swap bracelets or straps on watches we sell.
Do you offer repair services?
We offer warranty service for the items we sell. Some items are repaired in-house, others go to the manufacturer. Please email us at sales@longislandwatch.com to obtain more information. We do not offer independent repair services or repair services for items outside of warranty.
