Inspired by WWII pilot watches, the Techne SparrowHawk model 373.161 is an easy-to-read chronograph watch with a Black PVD 40mm diameter forged 316L stainless steel case. The sub-dial at the 3:00 position is the 30-minute stopwatch function and the sub-dial at 9:00 is the running seconds hand. The watch is powered by a 21-jewel Seagull ST1901 hand winding mechanical movement with up to a 48 hour power reserve. The hands have luminous filled tips as do the dial hour markers. The watch is ant-magnetic to 4,800 A/m (ISO 764 certified). Water resistance is 50 meters. The watch has an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and it is fitted with a leather leather strap with white contrast stitching.
