    After one year...

After one year of owning this watch and all is well. I changed the rubber strap out for a stainless steel braclett. I use this watch 24/7 Really great value for money.

    Great looking but surprisingly fragile

Posted by SP on Sep 24th 2019

First time buying a nicer (non-Timex Ironman) watch. Pros: Seemingly great construction, really love the aesthetics. I'm just under six feet, about 160, long lean arms, and the watch looks good and wears well (though the band has lots of slack on my wrist). Cons: Really depressed about how easy the glass face scratches, after all the time I spent shopping and then splurging on this watch. One month into ownership and the glass is littered with scratches and little divets. I don't even know when they happened... they're just appearing. I didn't realize supposedly burly dive watches are actually super fragile? I want to wear this great looking watch all the time, especially after the money I paid for it, but now I'm nervous that it's actually only safe for wearing in the office. Proceed with caution.

Good but tight springbar spacing and so-so lume

Posted by Hudson on Dec 21st 2018

Firstly, this is a great looking watch that looks more expensive than it is. The face has a cool sunburst effect, and the fit and finish is great. seconds hand hits bang on. Eco Drive is always rock solid, reliability and accuracy of quartz without the hassle of battery changes. the misses in my mind are the lume (which fades fast, faster than my Seiko 5 SNZG) and the fact that spacing under the spring bars is tight. A standard NATO slides under easily but a thicker Zulu is a tight fit and a thicker still canvas NATO requires taking off the spring bars and using them to push the strap into place. I will deal with those issues though and give this 4 stars. it's a happy addition to my collection

It was a great gift for someone not too into watches! Great size, great lume, and the eco-drive is very friendly. The service and shipping offered were great as well!

Kick ass deal and customer service

Marc, the owner was responsive to my questions and requests. My watch went on sale and he honored the price drop discount by crediting me back the difference. I in turn bought a second watch which was another sweet deal. I will be buying more watches from him in the near future. Highly recommend his site.
