Draken Peregrine 'A' Black Dial Watch with Left Crown #DKN-11

Taking its name from the bird of prey known for its extreme speed and agility, the Peregrine is a celebration of flight in the form of a functional, concise pilot watch.

Six years since its initial launch, the 2024 edition has been completely redesigned for a more everyday wear experience. The precisely engineered case is streamlined into a clean and functional shape. A Viton™️ gasket on the case back provides extra longevity reducing service intervals.

On the display, the dial features bold numerals, thick batons, and a clear minute track, contrast and clarity are at the fore. The handset is lifted straight from the Flieger ‘Type A’ pilot watch used by the Luftwaffe. The shapes provide space for a generous application of Swiss Super-LumiNova paint.

The crown is oriented on the left, bringing the power reserve indicator (PRI) to the bottom of the dial. Subtly rendered as a gauge, red = empty, white = full. Above this is a neatly and symmetrically positioned date window, with luminous text for improved night legibility. The dial itself is finished in a deep black for maximum contrast, while the applied indices receive a healthy dose of C3(X1) Super-LumiNova. The other white markers and numerals are printed in Super-LumiNova BGW9. The rehaut is set at an angle, reflecting the luminous markers brilliantly at night.
