The founders edition of the Formex Aria Manufacture Chronometer is a limited production of 100 pieces. 

The new Formex Aria Manufacture Chronometer represents a bold evolution for the independent Swiss brand, combining ultra-thin engineering, contemporary design, and high-end mechanical innovation into one remarkably refined timepiece. Crafted from lightweight Grade 5 titanium and measuring just 6.9mm thin, the Aria delivers an elegant wrist presence while maintaining the versatility and durability expected from a modern luxury sports watch. Its organically sculpted case and seamlessly integrated bracelet appear almost naturally formed, with flowing lines and hand-finished surfaces that give the watch a distinctive character unlike anything else in the Formex collection.

At the heart of the Aria is the new Formex Manufacture Caliber FX01, an ultra-thin automatic micro-rotor movement developed in collaboration with Swiss movement specialist Horage. Measuring only 2.9 mm thick, the COSC-certified caliber combines chronometric precision, a 72-hour power reserve, anti-magnetic silicon components, and exceptional winding efficiency thanks to its custom tungsten micro-rotor. Visible through the sapphire caseback, the movement showcases a modern architectural finish with black gold-plated bridges, laser-textured detailing, and hand-brushed bevels that reflect Formex’s technical and aesthetic ambitions.

The dial design further emphasizes the watch’s sculptural identity, featuring concave surfaces, raised applied indices, and a small seconds display at 6 o’clock. Available in Selva Green, Ardesia Grey, and Denso Blue, each colorway draws inspiration from the natural landscapes of Switzerland while complementing the warm tones of the polished hands and luminous markers. Limited to just 100 Founder’s Edition pieces for 2026, the Aria Manufacture Chronometer marks a significant milestone for Formex and positions the brand firmly within the world of modern independent haute horlogerie.
