Orient Envoy Version 2 Open-Heart Automatic Watch with Leather Strap #RA-AG0015L10A

The Envoy (Version 2) features Arabic numerals instead of Roman numerals (on Version 1). The crisp classic numbers and hands make the dial easily legible while the train track print around the outside play up an antique-inspired look and of course the vintage-styled hands. It has a sunburst blue dial and the satin numerals and the metallic hands all catch and reflect the light from any angle. The open-heart shows off the balance wheel in action on the Orient caliber F6T22 movement.

The vintage influence doesn’t end there. The Envoy features a stamped, onion-styled crown along with a beautifully domed crystal. The 43mm case is fully polished in order to match the brilliance of its dial. The watch is powered an automatic, hand-winding, and hacking caliber F6T22, which is also viewable through an exhibition case back. The Envoy is mounted on an embossed leather strap with a matching buckle.

    Classy Yet Affordable

Posted by Lawrence Hanson on May 22nd 2020

I like the simple old-timey look. Uncluttered dial with only the stuff I need and a little window to peek inside. Easy to read the time at a quick glance under most light conditions. Not too big or clunky. Sits comfortably on an 8-inch wrist. Replaced the junky original strap with a Tuscana grey canvas with leather strap and deployant clasp. Movement sounds a bit cheap when hand winding but has been functioning perfectly. I expect to get several good years out of it. I like it, am glad I got it, and wear it often.
