Orient Star Classic Automatic Dress Watch with Power Reserve, Domed Crystal #AF02004W

The new Orient Star watch is powered by an Orient made 40N52, 22-jewel automatic (self-winding) movement that can be hand wound and has hacking capability. It also has a power reserve of 40 hours which can be monitored via a meter at 12:00 on the dial. A quick-set date window is at 3:00. The hands are done in a silvertone color and the applied hour markers are silvertone. This model also features a domed mineral crystal that gives this timepiece an elegant look. The watch comes on a handsome black alligator grained leather strap. An exhibition window case back shows you the Orient Star movement winding rotor and balance wheel in action.

This is my first automatic watch and I love it! It is beautiful. Gorgeous dial, very well made and finished case. Smooth winding crown. Love the power reserve feature. I can't find anything I don't really like about this watch. Orient Star definitely made a great watch with this one. Outstanding value for money!

This is the most comfortable watch I own as well as a great value. It is just spectacular for the price. Marc is a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service; which is very hard to find these days.

I purchased this watch because the design and smaller size appealed to me as I have a small wrist. When the watch arrived, I was extremely surprised by the quality of the box and packaging that Orient used for this watch. The watch looks of great quality. The movement seems to keep excellent time and has only gained about 20 seconds over a week's worth of wear. Overall, a great watch. As always, great and easy service from Long Island watches.

Always a Great Deal, Experience & Timepeice

This is my 2nd or 3rd watch purchase from IslandWatch. Timepiece was received in timely manner and at a great price. This is my first Orient Star watch & was just as described on the website. Looks and fits great and in fact, looks much more expensive than a $329 USD timepeice. I have over 35 timepieces, but i suspect this will not be my last Orient watch. Rob W. Danville, Ca.

A very popular youtuber describes this watch as near-luxury in terms of quality. So, I opened the box with high expectations, but this watch is just . . . well, it's fine, I suppose. It's not going to fool anybody into thinking you dropped 2k or even 1k on it. There are parts that look cheap - the power reserve indicator looks a bit like a sticker irl. I'm not dogging the watch; it looks like what it costs, which is fair enough. But the hype is hype imho.
