Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unworn merchandise only. You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning. Please note that due to their originality, any watches customized by Island Watch are not returnable.

 

Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hang tags and stickers firmly in place. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for return instructions.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for something else, we request that you return your purchase for a refund, and re-purchase at your convenience. Please see below for return instructions.

Defective Merchandise: In the case of a defective item, please contact us at sales@longislandwatch.com and we will assist you with your return.

Please send your return to the below address using the carrier of your choice. We recommend you insure it against loss and use sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit. The item is your responsibility until it safely arrives at our facility. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.

International Returns: If you are located outside the USA, follow the same instructions. For customs purposes, make sure you declare the item as a “return timer” to ensure we do not pay taxes on the return.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
